Bordering Italy to the north is Switzerland. Landlocked in the central of Europe, the Swiss has garnered a distinct culture and mentality, borrowed and mixed together from its neighbours. It is known for its mountains and central plateau of rolling hills, plains, and large lakes.
On this tour you will get a chance to experience the cultural and natural splendour of Europe. Highlighted by two of the most beautiful countries in Europe you will be take many pleasant memories with you. From the canals of Venice to the majestic Swiss Alps, every sight will be a wonder.

| Day 1 | DEPART KUALA LUMPUR (M) Assemble at KLIA for your international flight to the capital of Italy. |

| Day 2 | ARRIVE ROME, ITALY (L,D) On arrival, visit the ancient and spectacular Rome. You will get a chance to see what Rome was like at its pinacle. Visit the historical Victor Emmanuel Monument, the Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, Circus Maximus and the Castle of Angel's. Experience the romance of Rome by visiting the Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Rome is also the soul of Italy. Visit the city-state of Vatican City, the spiritual centre of Catholisicm. You will be struck by the divine beauty of St. Peter's Square and the cathedral. |
| Day 3 | ROME - PISA - FLORENCE (B,D) This morning travel to Pisa, and take a picture by one of the most famous sights in the world - the Learning Tower. Also take a chance to visit the Baptistry and Cathedral. After that, proceed to Florence the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and one of the most beautiful cities in the world. This historical city was recognised as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and you will see why. It is home to some of the greatest artists in the world. Visit Michaelangelo Square for panoramic views of the city and a replica of his famous David statue. Other highlights include the famous Duomo - one of Italy's largest and most beautiful, the Baptistry, Bronze door, Piazza Della Signoria and Sante Croce Church. Finally you will get a chance to buy some genuine Italian leather at a visit to a factory. |
| Day 4 | FLORENCE - VENICE (B,L,D) Transfer from Florence to Venice passing through viaducts, highway bridges, tunnels and fruits orchards. Upon arrival you will take a motor boat ride to the island. Visit the main landmark and extremely popular St. Mark’s Square and Basilica. In Venice you will not have to go far to see some spectacular sights. Just nearby is the Doge's Palace, Bridge of Sighs and the Clock Tower. There is no place like Venice. Apart from its history, Venice is also well-known for its glass. Here you will get a chance to see a glass blowing demonstration by an expert. |
| Day 5 | VENICE - VERONA - MILAN (B,D) Verona is the famous setting of Romeo and Juliet and you will be able to take a picture by the famous balcony. After that, travel through the many orchards and the mountainous scenery to the elegant fashion center of Milan. On arrival, visit the Duomo, La Scala opera house and the Galleria shopping centre. In the centre of the Galleria, there is a mosaic of a bull on the floor. Engage in a local custom by spinning on your heel 3 times on its testicles for good luck. After getting some luck why not browse the many shops and boutiques. Or sit and sip a cappuccino in a cafe and people watch. |
| Day 6 | MILAN - LUGANO, SWITZERLAND - ZERMATT (B,D) This morning, we travel to the famous lake district of Lugano. Be prepared for the breathtakingly beautiful views of the scenic mountain drive through the Alps. Take the Simplon Pass which crosses under the Alps to Tasch. Board the train to Zermatt where the traditional view of a Swiss village with wooden chalets and window boxes come to life. By picturesque settings, go for a walking tour to explore and enjoy the scenic Swiss Alps and Matterhorn Mountain The pure fresh air alone will make it feel as if were on another world. |
| Day 7 | ZERMATT - MATTERHORN - LAUSANNE - GENEVA (B,D) Depart for Lausanne and on arrival visit the L’Ermitage des Ravet, a 19th century mansion hosting large temporary art exhibits. Then to Geneva and the Swiss Riviera. Next visit the sights of the city like the Reformation Monument, University, Town Hall, Red Cross Headquaters, United Nations Headquaters, the Eau De Jet Fountain & Lord Byron’s Chillon Castle. |
| Day 8 | GENEVA - BERN - INTERLAKEN - LUCERN (B,D) Travel along the Leman Lake to the romantic capital of Berne. Visit this history city with its splendid preserved arcaded Old Town. Highlights include the gothic cathedral, fountains decorated with flowers and statues, the Clock Tower with its famous hourly figure play and the Swiss Parliament. Travel to Interlaken where the famous holiday resort is nestled between two beautiful lakes - Brien & Thun. Enjoy your panoramic views of the Swiss Alps before we make our way to Lucern. On arrival, visit Chapel Bridge, the Old Town, Lion Monument, Lakeside, the casino or shop for Swiss watches, Bally shoes or chocolates. |
| Day 9 | LUCERN - ZURICH - KUALA LUMPUR (B,M) Free at your own leisure, until your departure to the airport for your flight home from the most populous city of Switzerland. |
